Gulf of Maine EcoArts is working under the nonprofit umbrella of CREATIVE PORTLAND as its fiscal agent. Creative Portland is Portland Maine’s official Nonprofit Arts Agency. Its mission is “to support the creative economy through the arts by providing essential resources, by fostering partnerships, and by promoting Portland’s artistic talents and cultural assets.”
